  • Bone Suckin' Chips Recipe: Ingredients Bone Suckin’® Hot Seasoning & Rub, 1 Tbsp Sweet Potatoes, 2 White Potatoes, 4 Peanut Oil, 1 qts Sea Salt and Pepper Method Step 1 Before cooking the food, in a large pot, pour in the peanut oil (the oil should not take up more than half the pot) and bring the heat to high. While the oil is heating, slice the potatoes very thinly. (Using a mandolin slicer makes this job very easy.) Once the oil is heated, work in batches and drop the potatoes in the oil. Cover and cook for 10 minutes, occasionally stirring to ensure even cooking. Step 2 Carefully pull the fried potatoes out and place on paper towels to let them drain and cool. While the potatoes are hot, sprinkle with sea salt and Bone Suckin’® Hot Seasoning & Rub. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Bone Suckin’® Yaki®
  • 1 tsp Bone Suckin’® Hiccuppin’ Hot® Habanero Sauce
  • 2 lbs Chicken Breast Cubed
  • 1/2 cup Rice Flour
  • 2 tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 2 cups Olive Oil
  • 3 tbsp Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Cornstarch
  • 1 cup Water
  • 2 tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar
  • 1/2 cup Scallions
  • 1/2 cup Sesame Seeds

Method

Step 1

In a small saucepan, sauté garlic, until golden brown, in sesame oil. Keeping heat on low, add Bone Suckin’® Yaki®, Bone Suckin’® Hiccuppin’ Hot® Habanero Sauce, rice wine vinegar, 1 cup of water and stir.

Step 2

In a small bowl, combine, thoroughly, cornstarch and 1 tablespoon of water. Add to the sauce along with 2 tablespoons of sesame seeds. Stir all ingredients well and keep to a simmer.

Step 3

In the meantime, in a high sided skillet or large pot, pour enough oil to cover 3/4 inch from the bottom of the skillet and heat to 325˚ F.

Step 4

In a resealable bag, add rice flour and the chicken bites. Shake, coating the chicken well. Fry the chicken pieces for 7 to 8 minutes per side or until golden brown. Remove the chicken when done and let drain on paper towels.

Step 5

After cooking food, in large bowl, place the chicken and drizzle 3/4 of sauce over the chicken. Turn the chicken to coat well. Place the coated chicken on a platter. Sprinkle the sliced scallions and remaining sesame seeds over the chicken. Enjoy!
