- Preheat oven to 225°F. Place pork butt fat side up on rack inside baking pan, then place in oven.
- Cook 1.5 to 2 hours per pound or until 205°F internal temperature is reached.
- Wrap in foil & let rest 15 minutes.
- Pull pork apart, add Bone Suckin' Sauce® Eastern Vinegar to taste.
- Place pulled pork on bun and top with coleslaw. Enjoy!
