Liberally cover both sides of each lamb chop with Bone Suckin’® Steak Seasoning & Rub and allow them to sit at room temperature for 30 minutes before cooking.

Preheat the grill or a skillet to medium high heat.

Cook for 8-10 minutes total, flipping once on the grill or in the skillet, until internal temperature reaches 160° F (use thermometer). Enjoy!
