Bone Suckin' Lamb Chops Recipe: Ingredients Bone Suckin’® Steak Seasoning & Rub Lamb Chops, 2 lbs Method Step 1 Liberally cover both sides of each lamb chop with Bone Suckin’® Steak Seasoning & Rub and allow them to sit at room temperature for 30 minutes before cooking. Step 2 Preheat the grill or a skillet to medium high heat. Step 3 Cook for 8-10 minutes total, flipping once on the grill or in the skillet, until internal temperature reaches 160° F (use thermometer). Enjoy!
