  • King Mackerel or Tuna Steaks, 4


Step 1

Layer the Mackerel or Tuna Steaks in a glass dish or a re-sealable bag. Pour 1 cup of Bone Suckin’ Sauce® over the steaks and refrigerate for 2 hours before cooking food. Turn the steaks several times during the marinating process.

Step 2

Place the steaks on the grill over medium heat. Cook for about 10 minutes per inch thickness, or until the fish flakes with a fork. Baste with Bone Suckin’ Sauce® and turn once while cooking. Enjoy!
