Our Steak Seasoning & Rub makes this Carne Asada recipe extra delicious!

In a resealable bag, combine Bone Suckin’® Steak Seasoning & Rub, cilantro, cumin, chili powder, oregano, lime juice, orange juice and beef broth. Place the steak in the bag and marinate for least 3 hours or overnight.
Preheat the grill to medium high. Combine salad ingredients in a large bowl. Divide the mixture onto four dinner plates.
Remove the steak from marinade and place on the grill. Grill 7 minutes per side.
Slice the steak on the diagonal into thin strips. Serve warm or cold over salad. Serve with Bone Suckin’® Blue Cheese Dressing and sprinkle with with Bone Suckin’® Steak Seasoning & Rub. Enjoy!
