- 2/3 cup Bone Suckin’® Yaki
- 1 lbs Pork Tenderloin
- 1 tbsp Rosemary
- 1 tsp Ground Black Pepper
Method
Step 1
Slice the tenderloin into 3/4 inch medallions. Marinate in Bone Suckin’® Yaki®, rosemary & pepper for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
Step 2
Place the medallions in the oven at 350 F or medium heat grill. Cook for 15 minutes or until done. Serve over a salad or with Bone Suckin’® Grilled New Potatoes. Enjoy!
