  • Bone Suckin’® Chicken Seasoning & Rub, 1 Tbsp
  • Swiss Chard
  • Onion, chopped, 1 small
  • Olive Oil, 1/4 cup
  • Sea Salt and Pepper to taste

Step 1

Cut 1 inch off the end of the chard and discard. Continue to chop the stalk and set aside. Chop the rest of the leafy green chard and set aside.

Step 2

In a large skillet, add olive oil and heat to medium high. Toss in the onions, chard stalks and sauté for 4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add leafy green chard and sprinkle with Bone Suckin’® Chicken Seasoning & Rub. Cook the chard for 6 minutes, turning over constantly with a pair of tongs. Pull the skillet off heat and let the chard continue to cook a little. Salt and pepper to taste and serve hot. Enjoy!
