Ingredients

  • Bone Suckin’® Steak Seasoning & Rub, 2 Tbsp
  • Large Russet Potatoes, 3 thinly sliced
  • Olive Oil, 1/4 cup

Method

Step 1

Heat olive oil to medium high, in a large skillet.

Step 2

Cook the potatoes in batches for 5 minutes per side, until golden brown.

Step 3

Place the potato slices on a paper towel lined plate and sprinkle liberally with Bone Suckin’® Steak Seasoning & Rub. Enjoy!
