Step 1

In a large glass bowl place the steaks and pour 1 jar of Bone Suckin’ Sauce® over the steaks, making sure that every surface of the meat is covered with Bone Suckin’ Sauce®. Marinate the steaks for 2 hours or more, in the refrigerator.

Step 2

Preheat the grill to the hottest setting. Grill the steaks using tongs and turning once per side. Use the cook time chart below to grill to your preference of doneness. Enjoy! *Note: Cook Times: Medium Rare: 2 to 3 min. per side (130˚-135˚), Medium: 4 to 5 min. per side (140˚-150˚), Medium Well: 5 to 6 min. per side (155˚-165˚), Well Done: 10 to 12 minutes per side (185˚-195˚)
