Turkey Recipe: Ingredients Bone Suckin' Sauce® Seasoning & Rub, 2-3 Tbsp Turkey, 13-18 lbs Salted Butter, room temperature, 1 stick Water, 1/2 cup Method Step 1 Place one 12–14-lb. turkey, neck reserved for gravy and giblets discarded, on a wire rack set inside a rimmed baking sheet and pat dry with paper towels. Skin should be deep golden brown, shiny, and crisp. Transfer turkey to a cutting board and let rest at least 30 minutes and up to 1 hour before carving.

Ingredients

  • Bone Suckin’ Sauce®, 1/2 cup
  • Chicken Breasts, 6
  • Lime Juice, 1/4 cup
  • Olive Oil, 2 Tbsp
  • White Vinegar, 1 Tbsp
  • Ground Cumin, 1 tsp
  • Sea Salt, 1/2 tsp

Method

Step 1

In a large bowl or a resealable bag, combine the Bone Suckin’® Sauce, lime juice, olive oil, vinegar, cumin and salt. Add the chicken and refrigerate for one hour, turning at least once while marinating.

Step 2

Preheat the grill to high heat. Grill the chicken for 8 minutes per side or until thoroughly cooked. Let the chicken cool slightly and serve. Enjoy!
