  • Bone Suckin’® Hot Seasoning & Rub, 4 Tbsp
  • Red Potatoes, washed and diced, 3 lbs
  • Jalapeño, 1
  • Red Bell Pepper, 1
  • Green Bell Pepper, 1/2
  • Olive Oil, 1/2 cup
  • Medium-Sized Onion, 1


Step 1

Before cooking the food, place all of the ingredients in a re-sealable bag and shake, making sure the seasoning coats everything well. Spread the mixture on a cookie sheet. Bake at 350˚ F for 45 min. Turn the potatoes every 15 mins. to make sure that they are cooked evenly. Enjoy!
