Grilled Chicken & Plantains are a great grilling recipe! Perfect for summer!

Before cooking the food, preheat the grill to medium high heat and place aluminum foil over the grill.
Pour 1/2 of the Bone Suckin’ Sauce® over the chicken breast, cover and chill for 30 minutes.
Grill the chicken over medium-high heat for 8 to 10 minutes per side, basting with Bone Suckin’® Sauce.
Baste the plantain slices with olive oil, sea salt and pepper and place them on the aluminum foil on the grill. Cook the plantains for 4 minutes per side. Enjoy!
Serve the chicken over the plantains and drizzle with the remaining Bone Suckin’ Sauce®. Enjoy!
