  • Bone Suckin’ Sauce®, 18 oz
  • Chicken Breast, 4 oz
  • Plantains , 3, sliced
  • Olive Oil


Step 1

Preheat the grill to medium high heat and place aluminum foil over the grill.

Step 2

Pour 1/2 of the Bone Suckin’ Sauce® over the chicken breast, cover and chill for 30 minutes.

Step 3

Grill the chicken over medium-high heat for 8 to 10 minutes per side, basting with Bone Suckin’® Sauce.

Step 4

Baste the plantain slices with olive oil, sea salt and pepper and place them on the aluminum foil on the grill. Cook the plantains for 4 minutes per side. Enjoy!

Step 5

Serve the chicken over the plantains and drizzle with the remaining Bone Suckin’ Sauce®. Enjoy!
