- Bone Suckin' Eastern Vinegar, 17 oz
- Boston Butt 4-6 lbs
Method
Step 1
Place the pork butt in the crock pot. Pour 2 oz. of Bone Suckin' Eastern Vinegar in the bottom of the crock pot.
Step 2
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4-6 hours.
Step 3
Remove the meat, discard excess fat, shred it, and return it to the pot to mix with the juices.
Step 4
Add in remaining Bone Suckin' Eastern Vinegar and stir well. Enjoy!
Step 5
Note: Serve on buns, topped with coleslaw, mix in with mac & cheese, serve with collards and coleslaw on the side, meal prep burrito bowls or enjoy your favorite way.
