  • Bone Suckin’® Hot Seasoning & Rub 2 Tsp
  • Olive Oil 1/2 cup
  • Cornmeal, 1 cup, self-rising
  • Flour, 3/4 cup self rising
  • Creamed Style Corn, 1 cup
  • Eggs, 2
  • Sour Cream, 2 cups
  • Sharp Cheese, 1 cup, grated (optional)


Step 1

Preheat oven to 375° F.

Step 2

Before cooking food, spray cast iron skillet with Olive Oil and preheat pan. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl, stirring with a spoon or spatula, until combined.

Step 3

Pour batter into skillet, place skillet into oven and bake until golden brown about 30 minutes. Recipe serves 8-10. These can be made into smaller individual muffins, but check for doneness after 15 minutes. Enjoy!
