Cod and Zucchini Salsa Verde is a great grilling recipe!

 2 Zucchinimedium sized
 ¼ cup Cilantrochopped
 1 Small Onion
 5 tsp Lime Juice
 1 Jalapeñoseeded and finely chopped
 2 tsp Lime Zest
 3 tsp Sea Salt
 1 ½ tsp Peppercoarsely ground
 6 Cod fillets6 oz fillets

Place the cod fillets in a bowl and cover with Bone Suckin’ Sauce®, cover and set aside in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Combine the zucchini, cilantro, Bone Suckin’® Chicken Seasoning & Rub, onion, lime juice, lime zest, jalapeño and salt in a blender. Puree until smooth, cover in a bowl and chill. This may be done up to 3 hours ahead of time.

Preheat the grill to a medium-high setting. Place the cod on the grill and cook for 3 to 4 minutes on each side. Transfer the cooked cod onto a plate and top with Zucchini Salsa. Enjoy!
