  • Bone Suckin'® Sweet Spicy Mustard, 1 Tbsp
  • Rice Wine Vinegar, 3/4 cup
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1/2 cup
  • Lemon Juice, 1 tsp
  • Grated Ginger, 1/2 tsp
  • Mayonnaise, 2 tsp
  • Sugar, 2 tsp
  • Red Cabbage Head, 1/2
  • Nappa Cabbage Head, 1/2
  • Cucumber, 1
  • Carrots, 1/2
  • Shallot, 1
  • Red Pepper, 1/2 cup
  • Toasted Sesame, 1/4 cup
  • Fire Dancer Peanuts, 4 cups


Step 1

Make the dressing by combining Bone Suckin’® Sweet Spicy Mustard, Bone Suckin’® Yaki®, 1 tsp., rice wine vinegar, lemon juice, sugar, ginger and mayonnaise (if desired) in a food processor. While blending, slowly pour olive oil into the food processor.

Step 2

Combine cabbages, cucumber, carrots, red pepper and shallots. Just before serving, pour the dressing over the slaw and toss thoroughly. Enjoy!
