- Bone Suckin'® Yaki®, 1 tsp
- Bone Suckin'® Sweet Spicy Mustard, 1 Tbsp
- Rice Wine Vinegar, 3/4 cup
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1/2 cup
- Lemon Juice, 1 tsp
- Grated Ginger, 1/2 tsp
- Mayonnaise, 2 tsp
- Sugar, 2 tsp
- Red Cabbage Head, 1/2 shredded
- Nappa Cabbage Head, 1/2 shredded
- Cucumber, 1, diced
- Carrots, 1/2, diced
- Shallot, 1, diced
- Red Pepper, 1/2 cup, diced
Method
Step 1
Make the dressing by combining Bone Suckin’® Sweet Spicy Mustard, Bone Suckin’® Yaki®, rice wine vinegar, lemon juice, sugar, ginger and mayonnaise (if desired) in a food processor. While blending, slowly pour olive oil into the food processor.
Step 2
Combine cabbages, cucumber, carrots, red pepper and shallots. Just before serving, pour the dressing over the slaw and toss thoroughly. Enjoy!
