Bone Suckin’® Venison Medallions is another one of our great steak recipes!

Before cooking the food, slice the venison tenderloin into 1 inch thick medallions. In a skillet cook the bacon for 5 minutes per side, (this will cook the bacon enough, but it should still be pliable to wrap around tenderloin). Wrap the outside of the tenderloin with bacon and secure with a toothpick.
Place the steaks on the grill and baste both sides with Bone Suckin’ Sauce®. Set the grill to a medium-high heat, and grill for about 7 and half minutes per side.
With a meat thermometer, check the internal temp of the meat. 125˚ F will give you rare medallions, 145˚ F is for a medium and 160˚ F will give you well done medallions. Enjoy!
*Note: Cook Times: Rare: 15 min. Medium Rare: 20 min. Well Done: 25 min.
