Ingredients

  • 1 cups Bone Suckin’® Yaki®
  • 2 tbsp Bone Suckin’® Chicken Seasoning
  • 1 10-12 lb. Turkey
  • 1/2 cups Melted Butter
  • 1 tsp Fine Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • Marinade Injector
  • 1 sticks Melted Butter

Method

Step 1

Melt the butter in a small pot on medium low heat.

Step 2

Mix in 1 cup of Bone Suckin’® Yaki®, 2 Tbsp. Bone Suckin’® Chicken Seasoning & Rub, 1 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. fine black pepper & stir 5 minutes.

Step 3

Let it cool to room temperature.

Step 4

Inject marinade with injector into: breasts, thighs, legs & wings.

Step 5

Put the turkey in a plastic resealable bag & seal.

Step 6

Place in the refrigerator overnight.

Step 7

Remove the turkey from the fridge 30 minutes before cooking. Preheat the oven or grill to 300 degrees F. ( 12 lbs. turkey takes about 4 hours )

Step 8

Remove turkey from bag & place in oven or grill.

Step 9

When turkey internal temp hits 135 pour 1 stick melted butter over turkey.

Step 10

When turkey internal temp hits 150 put aluminum foil over it like a tent.

Step 11

Cook turkey until internal temp hits 165 in thickest part of breast.

Step 12

Cover with aluminum foil & let it rest for 30 minutes. Enjoy !
