  • Bone Suckin’® Steak Seasoning, 1 tsp
  • Asparagus Bunch, 1
  • Red Onion, 1
  • Red Bell Pepper, 1
  • Eggplant, 1
  • Garlic Cloves, 3
  • Mushrooms, 8 oz
  • Olive Oil, (1/3 cup and 3 tsp)


Step 1

Preheat the oven to 450° F.

Step 2

Cut up the vegetables into bite sized pieces.

Step 3

Combine in a large bowl and drizzle 1/3 Cup Olive Oil and 3 tsp. of Bone Suckin’® Steak Seasoning

Step 4

Toss to coat with the olive oil and Bone Suckin’® Steak Seasoning mixture.

Step 5

Spread out the vegetables on two baking sheets.

Step 6

Roast the vegetables for 20 minutes, shaking the pans at least twice.

Step 7

Recipe serves 4-6. Enjoy!
