Ingredients
- Bone Suckin' Spicy Sweet Southern, 1 3/4 cups
- Bone Suckin' All Purpose! Seasoning, 1 1/2 tsp 1 Tbsp
- Chicken, 1 1/2 cups, cooked, shredded
- Cream Cheese, 16 oz, softened
- Black Beans, 1/3 cup, rinsed and drained
- Corn, 1/3 cup, drained
- Pepper Jack Cheese, 1/2 cup, shredded
- Sharp Cheddar Cheese, 1/2 cup, shredded
Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray a casserole dish with non stick spray.
Step 2
Add all ingredients to your dish, leaving 1/4 cup of Bone Suckin' Sauce aside, and stir together well.
Step 3
Put in oven for 15-20 minutes. Stir every 5 minutes to ensure cream cheese is melting.
Step 4
Once all cheese is melted and chicken is starting to brown, remove from oven. Drizzle with 1/4 cup Bone Suckin' Sauce. Enjoy!!
Step 5
Note: For the shredded cheeses, it's better to shred your own for better melting.
