- Bone Suckin' Sauce® Eastern Vinegar
- Chicken Legs or Thighs, skin on, bone in, 4-6 pieces
Method
Step 1
Put chicken in resealable bag and pour Bone Suckin' Eastern Vinegar into bag. Pour enough to cover the chicken. Let marinate in refrigerator 30 minutes to 8 hours.
Step 2
Preheat the grill to medium high on one side and medium on the other. Place the chicken on the medium high side of the grill, meaty side down and baste with Bone Suckin' Sauce® Eastern Vinegar, cook for 5-10 minutes.
Step 3
Flip the chicken to the medium side of the grill and baste again with Bone Suckin’ Sauce® Eastern Vinegar. Let it cook 20-25 minutes with the grill lid down.
Step 4
Flip the chicken back onto the medium high grill side to put grill marks the meaty side just a little for 5 minutes. Let rest 5-10 minutes. Enjoy!
Step 5
*Note: Make sure the chicken internal temperature reaches 165ºF and chicken juices run clear.
