Ingredients

  • Bone Suckin’® Sweet Spicy Mustard, 1 cup
  • Panko Breadcrumbs, 1 cup
  • Lamb Tenderloins or Sirloins, 4
  • Sea Salt and Pepper

Method

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 400˚ F.

Step 2

In a small bowl, combine Bone Suckin’® Sweet Spicy Mustard and the Panko crumbs into a paste. Place the tenderloins on a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Salt and pepper the tenderloins. With your hands, take about 1/4 cup of the mustard/Panko paste, spread and cover the top of the lamb tenderloin.

Step 3

Place the lamb in the oven and bake for 25 minutes (5 minutes longer if you prefer meat well done). After cooking the food, let the tenderloins rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Wonderful served over Jasmine Rice with Clarified Butter. Enjoy!
