  • Bone Suckin’® Seasoning & Rub, 2 Tbsp
  • Red Bell Pepper, 1
  • Yellow Bell Pepper, 1
  • Stick of Butter, 1
  • Roma Tomatoes, 4
  • Red Onion, 1
  • Asparagus bunch, 1
  • White Onion, 1


Step 1

Heat the grill to high, no flames. Before cooking the food, wash all of the vegetables. Slice the onions into 1/4 inch wide rings. Quarter the bell peppers and leave the tomatoes whole. Cut 2 inches off the bottom of the asparagus and place all of the vegetables onto the grill. Place the slices of butter onto the onions and the asparagus. The skins of the tomatoes and the bell peppers will start to char, this is a good thing.

Step 2

Sprinkle Bone Suckin’® Seasoning & Rub over the vegetables. Watch the vegetables and make sure they do not burn. Grill for about 15 to 20 minutes or until they are done. Enjoy!
