Ingredients
- Bone Suckin' Sauce Sweet Southern, 1/2 cup
- Boneless, Skinless Chicken Thighs, cut into 1" pieces
- Fresh Garlic, 5 cloves
- Fresh Ginger*, 1 Tbsp
- Low Sodium Soy Sauce, 1/4 cup
- Butter, 3 Tbsp
Method
Step 1
Combine chicken pieces, garlic, ginger and low sodium soy sauce in a resealable plastic bag and allow to marinate for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
Step 2
Heat flat top grill to medium-high.
Step 3
Melt butter on heated grill and add chicken. Cook until halfway done and then turn heat down to medium.
Step 4
Add Bone Suckin' Sweet Southern Sauce to chicken and cook until internal temperature reached 165°F and sauce thickens.
Step 5
Serve over rice and enjoy! You may add any veggies of your choosing.
Step 6
Note: Two tbsp of dry ginger may be used in place of fresh ginger.
