Ingredients
- Bone Suckin’® Steak Seasoning & Rub, 2 Tbsp
- Flank Steak, 1 lb
- Cilantro, 1/4 cup
- Cumin, 1 tsp
- Chili Powder, 1 tsp
- Oregano, 1 tsp
- Lime Juice, 2 whole limes squeezed
- Orange Juice, 1 orange squeezed
- Beef Broth, 8 oz.
Method
Step 1
In a resealable bag, combine Bone Suckin’® Steak Seasoning & Rub, cilantro, cumin, chili powder, oregano, lime juice, orange juice and beef broth. Place the steak in the bag and marinate for least 3 hours or overnight.
Step 2
Preheat the grill to medium high.
Step 3
Remove the steak from marinade and place on the grill. Grill 7 minutes per side.
Step 4
Slice the steak on the diagonal into thin strips. Serve warm on tortillas, tortilla chips, rice, or salad and top with desired ingredients. Enjoy!
