- Bone Suckin’® Hot Seasoning & Rub, 4 Tbsp
- Red Potatoes, washed and diced, 3 lbs
- Jalapeño, 1, diced
- Red Bell Pepper, 1, diced
- Green Bell Pepper, 1/2, diced
- Olive Oil, 1/2 cup
- Medium-Sized Onion, 1, diced
Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F. Place all of the ingredients in a re-sealable bag and shake, making sure the seasoning coats everything well.
Step 2
Spread the mixture on a cookie sheet. Bake at 350˚ F for 45 min. Turn the potatoes every 15 mins. to make sure that they are cooked evenly. Enjoy!
