Ingredients
- Bone Suckin’ Sauce®, 1 cup
- Olive Oil, 1 Tbsp
- Garlic, 1 Tbsp, minced
- Chicken Stock, 1/2 cup
- Bag of Frozen Snap Peas & Vegetable Medley, 1
- Oyster Sauce, 2 Tbsp
- Fresh Shrimp, 3 lbs
Method
Step 1
Heat a large frying pan to medium high heat.
Step 2
Put olive oil in the pan.
Step 3
Once the olive oil is hot, add garlic and vegetables. Continuously stir fry and then add chicken stock, followed by the oyster sauce and Original Bone Suckin’ Sauce®.
Step 4
Finally, add the fresh shrimp and cook until the shrimp turn pink.
Step 5
Serve with a side of Thai Jasmine rice or brown rice.
