Yaki Turkey is a Wonderful Asian Twist on an American Recipe for your holidays!

Melt the butter in a small pot on medium low heat.
Mix in 1 cup of Bone Suckin’® Yaki®, 2 Tbsp. Bone Suckin’® Chicken Seasoning & Rub, zest of 1 orange, 1 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. fine black pepper & stir 5 minutes.
Let it cool to room temperature.
Inject marinade with injector into: breasts, thighs, legs & wings.
Put the turkey in a plastic resealable bag & seal.
Place in the refrigerator overnight.
Remove the turkey from the fridge 30 minutes before cooking. Preheat the oven or grill to 300 degrees F. ( 12 lbs. turkey takes about 4 hours )
Remove turkey from bag & place in oven or grill.
When turkey internal temp hits 135 pour 1 stick melted butter over turkey.
When turkey internal temp hits 150 put aluminum foil over it like a tent.
Cook turkey until internal temp hits 165 in thickest part of breast.
Cover with aluminum foil & let it rest for 30 minutes. Enjoy !
