Ingredients
- Bone Suckin' Sauce® Eastern Vinegar, 4 oz per pound of cooked pork
- Pork Butt, 1 (4-7 lbs., will reduce by half when cooking)
Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 225°F.
Step 2
Place pork butt fat side up on rack inside baking pan, then place in oven.
Step 3
Cook 1.5 to 2 hours per pound until 205°F internal temperature is reached.
Step 4
Wrap in foil & let rest 10 minutes.
Step 5
Use forks or heat resistant gloves to remove and discard fat cap, then pull pork apart. Add Bone Suckin' Sauce® Eastern Vinegar to taste. Pair with collard greens and coleslaw. Enjoy!
