Ingredients

  • Bone Suckin’ Sauce®, 1/2 cup
  • Bone Suckin’® Sweet Spicy Mustard, 4 Tbsp
  • Sirloin Steak, 2 lbs
  • Large Onion, 1 sliced
  • Bell Pepper, 1/2 sliced
  • Butter, 1 Tbsp
  • Provolone Cheese, 8
  • Hoagie Rolls, 4
  • Sea Salt and Pepper

Method

Step 1

Slice the Sirloin Steak very thinly and set aside.

Step 2

In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Sauté onions and peppers in the skillet on medium high for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Pull the onions and peppers from the skillet and set aside on a plate.

Step 3

Add the sirloin strips to the skillet and 1/4 cup of Bone Suckin’® Sauce. Sauté the sirloin strips for 5 minutes or longer for well done meat. Pull the meat from the skillet.

Step 4

Preheat the oven to broil. Place the meat on a roll, follow with the onions and peppers and top with 2 slices of provolone per sandwich. Broil the sandwiches for 5 minutes or until the cheese has melted. Add Bone Suckin’® Sweet Spicy Mustard, sea salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy! *Note: For easier slicing, freeze meat for 10 minutes.
