Ingredients
- Bone Suckin’® Steak Seasoning & Rub, 2 Tbsp
- Steak, Ribeye, or your choice
- Butter, 2 Tbsp
Method
Step 1
Season 1” thick steaks with Bone Suckin’ Steak Seasoning on both sides. Let the steaks sit out for up to 30 minutes at room temperature.
Step 2
Heat a cast iron skillet to medium high heat. Add butter to pan. Sear both sides of steak.
Step 3
Once outside of steaks are crispy and browned, reduce the temp to low. Cook until temp preference. We like to pull ours at 135°F.
Step 4
Let rest for 5 min for a juicy steak. Enjoy!
