Ingredients
- Bone Suckin’® Seasoning & Rub, 1/2 cup
- Red & Orange Bell Peppers, 1 each
- Zucchini, 1 each
- Mushrooms, 8 oz
- Onions, 2 medium
- Olive Oil, 1/2 cup
- Cherry Tomatoes, 12
- Or Vegetables of your choice
- Wooden or Metal Skewers, 6
Method
Step 1
If using wooden skewers soak in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning. Preheat grill to 350°F & brush grill grates with olive oil to prevent sticking.
Step 2
Cut Peppers, Zucchini, Onions into 1 inch chunks while leaving mushrooms & tomatoes whole.
Step 3
Skewer the vegetable of your choice, repeating this with different vegetables and mixing colors until the skewer is full. (Leave 1 inch on either end to be able to hold on to the skewer.)
Step 4
Brush kabobs with olive oil & then sprinkle them with Bone Suckin’® Seasoning & Rub.
Step 5
Grill for 10-15 minutes, rotating every 3 minutes. Let the Kabobs rest for 5 minutes before serving
