- Bone Suckin'® Steak Seasoning, 2 Tbsp
- Russet Potatoes, 2
- Extra Vigin Olive Oil, 4 Tbsp
- Garlic Powder, 1/2 tsp
- Salt, 1/4 tsp
- (Optional) Fresh Rosemary
- (Optional) Parmesan Cheese
Method
Step 1
Cut the Potatoes into sticks and soak in a bowl of cold water for 30 min. (this will remove excess starch and make the fries crispier).
Step 2
In a clean bowl, toss the fries in 2 Tbsp Evoo, Bone Suckin'® Steak Seasoning, Garlic Powder, and Salt.
Step 3
Cook the fries in a single layer in the air fryer basket for 375 degrees for 5 minutes. Turn and cook for another 5-7 min. *Note: Space fries evenly on the basket with space around them. You may need to cook in batches.
Step 4
Once fries have cooked, toss in 2 Tbsp Evoo, and serve! *(Optional): Top with fresh rosemary and parmesan cheese.
