- 1 Tbsp Bone Suckin’® Seasoning & Rub
- 20 Jalapeños
- 1/2 cup Onion diced
- 8 oz Cream Cheese softened
- 2 Tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese shredded
1 Small bowl
1 Baking Sheet
Parchment paper
Preheat the oven at 375˚ F.
Cut the jalapeños in half, length wise, leaving the stems on. With a spoon take the seeds and the white membranes out of the jalapeños and throw them away. NOTE: If you prefer spicy, add seeds to the cream cheese mixture.
In a small bowl, mix all of the other ingredients together.
Scoop the mixture out and stuff the jalapeños.
Place the jalapeños on a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Sprinkle a little amount of Bone Suckin’® Seasoning & Rub onto the jalapeños for color.
Bake for 25 minutes.
Enjoy!
For extra added flavor: drizzle any Bone Suckin Sauce over the jalapenos after cooking.
