Ingredients
- Southern Yum® Pecan Brittle, a few pieces, crumbled
- Light Brown Sugar, 1 Box
- Butter, 1 Stick, Melted
- Eggs, 3
- White Cornmeal, 3 TBSP
- Milk, 2/3 Cup
- Vanilla, 1 tsp
- Pecans, Chopped, 2 Cups
- Pie Crusts, 2, Unbaked
Method
Step 1
Place pecans into bottom of unbaked pie shells. (1 cup each)
Step 2
Beat eggs separately.
Step 3
Mix eggs and melted butter with other ingredients. Pour one half of the mixture over pecans in each pie crust.
Step 4
Bake at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes until pecans are golden brown and done. Makes 2 Pies.
Step 5
Finish with Southern Yum Pecan Brittle crumbled on top! Enjoy!
