- Bone Suckin’® Chicken Seasoning & Rub, 2 Tbsp
- Wild Rice, 8 oz
- Chicken Broth, 32 oz
- Butter, 2 Tbsp
- Red Pepper, 1/4 cup, diced
- Scallions, 1/4 cup, diced

Method
Step 1
Follow the directions on the package of rice, except substitute chicken broth for water. While the rice is beginning to cook, sauté the vegetables in butter with Bone Suckin’® Chicken Seasoning & Rub in a small saucepan until the vegetables are soft, this should take about about 3 to 4 minutes. Set aside.
Step 2
When the rice is done, add butter, Bone Suckin’® Chicken Seasoning & Rub and vegetables to the rice and mix well. Add salt and pepper to taste. Recipe serves 4 to 6. Enjoy!
