Ingredients
- Bone Suckin’® Sweet Spicy Mustard, 2 Tbsp
- Sweet Potatoes, 3
- Olive Oil, 1/4 cup
- Salt and Pepper, 1 tsp
Method
Step 1
Slice the sweet potatoes into 1/2 inch wide slices. Place all of the ingredients in a plastic bag and shake until the sweet potatoes are coated. Place in the oven and cook for approximately 15 minutes per side. Recipe serves 4 to 6. Enjoy!
