Bone Suckin’ Veggie Kabobs

For a healthy option add Bone Suckin' Veggie Kabobs as a side item or make them your meal.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 Cup Bone Suckin’® Seasoning & Rub
  • 1 Each Red & Orange Bell Peppers cut into 1" pieces
  • 1 Zucchini cut into 1" pieces
  • 8 Oz Mushrooms
  • 2 medium Onions cut into 1" chunks
  • 1/2 Cup Olive Oil
  • 12 Cherry Tomatoes

Equipment

  • Grill
  • 6 Wooden or Metal Skewers If using wooden skewers soak in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning

Method
 

  1. Preheat grill to 350°F & brush grill grates with olive oil to prevent sticking.
  2. Skewer the vegetable of your choice, repeating this with different vegetables and mixing colors until the skewer is full. (Leave 1 inch on either end to be able to hold on to the skewer.)
  3. Brush kabobs with olive oil & then sprinkle them with Bone Suckin’® Seasoning & Rub.
  4. Grill for 10-15 minutes, rotating every 3 minutes. Let the Kabobs rest for 5 minutes before serving
