Method
- Preheat grill to 350°F & brush grill grates with olive oil to prevent sticking.
- Skewer the vegetable of your choice, repeating this with different vegetables and mixing colors until the skewer is full. (Leave 1 inch on either end to be able to hold on to the skewer.)
- Brush kabobs with olive oil & then sprinkle them with Bone Suckin’® Seasoning & Rub.
- Grill for 10-15 minutes, rotating every 3 minutes. Let the Kabobs rest for 5 minutes before serving
