- 1/2 cup Bone Suckin’ Sauce®
- 4 tbsp Bone Suckin’® Sweet Spicy Mustard
- 2 lbs Sirloin Steak
- 1 Large Onion sliced
- 1/2 Bell Pepper sliced
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 8 Provolone Cheese slices
- 4 Hoagie Rolls
- Sea Salt and Pepper to taste
Slice the Sirloin Steak very thinly and set aside.
In a skillet or on flat top grill, melt the butter over medium heat. Sauté onions and peppers in the skillet on medium high for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Pull the onions and peppers and set aside on a plate.
Add the sirloin strips to the skillet or flat top grill and 1/4 cup of Bone Suckin’® Sauce. Sauté the sirloin strips for 5 minutes or longer for well done meat. Pull the meat.
Preheat the oven to broil.
Place the meat on a roll, follow with the onions and peppers and top with 2 slices of provolone per sandwich. Broil the sandwiches for 5 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
Add Bone Suckin’® Sweet Spicy Mustard, sea salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!
*Note: For easier slicing, freeze meat for 10 minutes.
