Method
- Slice the Sirloin Steak very thinly and set aside.
- In a skillet or on flat top grill, melt the butter over medium heat. Sauté onions and peppers in the skillet on medium high for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Pull the onions and peppers and set aside on a plate.
- Add the sirloin strips to the skillet or flat top grill and 1/4 cup of Bone Suckin’® Sauce. Sauté the sirloin strips for 5 minutes or longer for well done meat. Pull the meat.
- Preheat the oven to broil.
- Place the meat on a roll, follow with the onions and peppers and top with 2 slices of provolone per sandwich. Broil the sandwiches for 5 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
- Add Bone Suckin’® Sweet Spicy Mustard, sea salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!
