Bone Suckin’ Cod & Zucchini Salsa Verde

Place the cod fillets in a bowl and cover with Bone Suckin’ Sauce®, cover and set aside in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Combine the zucchini, cilantro, Bone Suckin’® Chicken Seasoning & Rub, onion, lime juice, lime zest, jalapeno and salt in a blender. Puree until smooth, cover in a bowl and chill. This may be done up to 3 hours ahead of time.
Preheat the grill to a medium-high setting. Place the cod on the grill and cook for 3 to 4 minutes on each side. Transfer the cooked cod onto a plate and top with Zucchini Salsa. Enjoy!

Note: If you prefer a little more spice, keep some of the seeds from the jalapeno in your salsa recipe.
