Bone Suckin’ Bacon Wrapped Shrimp

Bone Suckin' Bacon Wrapped Shrimp make a great appetizer for any occasion. Also make a great snack!

Ingredients
  

  • 6 oz Bone Suckin’® Sweet Spicy Mustard
  • 8 oz Bone Suckin’ Sauce®
  • 2 lbs Jumbo Shrimp
  • 1 lb Bacon
  • 30 Toothpicks

Equipment

  • Parchment paper
  • 1 Large baking sheet
  • 1 Oven
  • 30 Toothpicks

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F. .
  2. Cut the bacon strips in half and place on parchment paper lined baking sheets. Roast for 20 minutes, until almost crisp. Transfer the bacon to paper towels to drain and cool.
  3. Drain the baking sheets and replace the parchment paper.
  4. Heat the oven to 400° F
  5. Place one shrimp on a piece of bacon and add 1/2 teaspoon of Bone Suckin’® Sweet Spicy Mustard. Wrap bacon around shrimp and secure with a toothpick.
  6. Place the wrapped shrimp back on a baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and drizzle with Bone Suckin’® Sauce. Serve with Bone Suckin’® Sauce on the side for dipping. Enjoy!
