Bone Suckin’ King Mackerel Steaks

Layer the Mackerel or Tuna Steaks in a glass dish.
Pour 1 cup of Bone Suckin’ Sauce® over the steaks and refrigerate for 2 hours before cooking food. Turn the steaks several times during the marinating process.
Place the steaks on the grill over medium heat.
Cook for about 10 minutes per inch thickness, or until the fish flakes with a fork. Baste with Bone Suckin’ Sauce® and turn once while cooking. Enjoy!
