Method
- Layer the Mackerel or Tuna Steaks in a glass dish.
- Pour 1 cup of Bone Suckin’ Sauce® over the steaks and refrigerate for 2 hours before cooking food. Turn the steaks several times during the marinating process.
- Place the steaks on the grill over medium heat.
- Cook for about 10 minutes per inch thickness, or until the fish flakes with a fork. Baste with Bone Suckin’ Sauce® and turn once while cooking. Enjoy!
