Ham and Swiss Sliders with mustard and topped with poppy seeds

Bone Suckin' Ham & Swiss Sliders

Bone Suckin' Ham & Swiss sliders make great appetizers for any occasion.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Tbsp Bone Suckin' Mustard
  • 3/4 cup Melted Unsalted butter
  • 12 Hawaiian or dinner rolls
  • 1 lb Swiss cheese thinly sliced
  • 1 lb Deli ham thinly sliced

Equipment

  • 1 1 Small Bowl
  • 1 Baking dish 9x13
  • 1 Serrated knife

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Mix Bone Suckin'® Mustard & melted butter in bowl.
  3. Without separating the rolls, cut 1 package Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally with a serrated knife. Place the bottoms in greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
  4. Layer cheese & ham on rolls & put tops back on.
  5. Brush the Mustard mix on top of rolls.
  6. Bake until the rolls are slightly brown and the cheese melts, about 20 minutes. Cut into individual sliders with a serrated knife before serving.
  7. Cut into individual sliders before serving. Enjoy!

Notes

Bone Suckin' Mustard, 12.oz 
Notes: If you prefer a little kick, use Bone Suckin' Sweet/Spicy Mustard.
If you choose, add 1 tsp poppy seeds to the Bone Suckin' Mustard mixture before pouring over rolls.
