Bone Suckin’ Eastern Vinegar BBQ Pork Butt

This Bone Suckin'® BBQ Pork Recipe is a great, easy way to enjoy pulled pork with classic Carolina style vinegar-based BBQ Sauce - Bone Suckin' Sauce® Eastern Vinegar! Great with coleslaw too!

Ingredients
  

Equipment

  • Oven
  • 1 Baking Pan
  • 1 Baking Rack
  • Foil
  • 2 Forks or heat resistance gloves

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 225°F.
  2. Place pork butt fat side up on rack inside baking pan, then place in oven.
  3. Cook 1.5 to 2 hours per pound until 205°F internal temperature is reached.
  4. Wrap in foil & let rest 10 minutes.
  5. Use forks or heat resistant gloves to remove and discard fat cap, then pull pork apart. Add Bone Suckin' Sauce® Eastern Vinegar to taste.
  6. Pair with collard greens and coleslaw. Enjoy!
