Method
- Preheat oven to 225°F.
- Place pork butt fat side up on rack inside baking pan, then place in oven.
- Cook 1.5 to 2 hours per pound until 205°F internal temperature is reached.
- Wrap in foil & let rest 10 minutes.
- Use forks or heat resistant gloves to remove and discard fat cap, then pull pork apart. Add Bone Suckin' Sauce® Eastern Vinegar to taste.
- Pair with collard greens and coleslaw. Enjoy!
